THE PROBLEM
The dustbin bag market lacks innovative packaging and distinct brand identity. Most brands miss a strong story and message, reducing the product to just a utility. A compelling narrative, design, and purpose-driven approach can transform consumer perception and elevate the category.

Problem DiscoveryMillennial banking customers in Indonesia struggle to navigate a financial ecosystem that feels both opaque and overwhelming. They often distrust traditional banks and hesitate to rely on robo-advisors that lack a human touch, yet they don’t have the time for complex, hands-on financial planning. At the same time, confusing terminology, hidden fees, and unclear product comparisons leave them uncertain about the best choices, and the fact that budgeting, investing, insurance, and business-banking each require a separate app only compounds their frustration by forcing constant context-switching.
